Quality Control Flow



Quality Control Flowchart
- Incoming Quality Control (IQC) –
Mandatory incoming material inspection ensures compliance with approved data. Non-conforming materials are returned.
- In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) –
Checks are integrated throughout manufacturing. We monitor and adjust the process to meet specifications.
- Process Quality Control (PQC) –
We use random sampling to inspect assembled sub-assemblies and parts per specifications, preventing defective units from advancing.
- Final Quality Control (FQC) –
Finished products are inspected to project quality standards. We use AQL sampling before products leave the line for warehousing.
- Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) –
Final random warehouse checks before shipping help us achieve a higher zero-defect rate.
